What Is The Difference Between 150% and 180% Density? - Allured Crowns Collection

What Is The Difference Between 150% and 180% Density?

Wig density is the amount of hair that is added to the wig cap. It is expressed as a percentage. This percentage tells you how much hair is on your wig. The higher the density percentage, the fuller it will look; the lower the density percentage, the thinner it will look.

Depending on your desired hairstyle, you may want more or less density. Typically, long straight styles requires a higher density to appear full. However, wavy or curly styles can look full with less density.

150% density is an average head of hair. This density percentage is recommend if you would like a natural look. 180% density provides more fullness and volume.

Overall, wig density is a personal preference. Choose the style that will make you satisfied. To check out our 180% density wigs, click here.
