RETURNS, REFUNDS & ORDER POLICY
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 72 hours of the delivery date to request a return authorization.
To qualify for a return:
- The hair must remain in its original condition.
- Zip ties must remain attached.
- Hair must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and unaltered.
- Original packaging must be included.
- Hair that has been installed, colored, cut, chemically processed, washed, or otherwise altered is not eligible for a refund.
Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense.
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and requesting a signature confirmation when returning your package, as Allured Crowns Collection is not responsible for lost return shipments.
If a refund is approved, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.

Requests submitted more than 72 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Order processing begins immediately after an order is placed.
Because of this, we are unable to accommodate:
- Order cancellations
- Shipping address changes
- Product changes
- Shipping method changes
- Any other modifications after checkout

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
At Allured Crowns Collection, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds & Order Policy.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at sales@alluredcrownscollection.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide documentation to the payment processor, which may include:
- Order details
- Shipping confirmation
- Delivery confirmation
- Tracking information
- Customer correspondence
- Billing information
- IP address and fraud verification records, where applicable
Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with supporting evidence. Customers who file false or abusive disputes may be restricted from placing future orders with Allured Crowns Collection.
