Thank you for shopping with Allured Crowns Collection. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Times
Unless otherwise stated below, all orders are subject to a 7–14 business day processing time. Processing times may be shorter depending on product availability. Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
Processing Time by Product
- Hair on Hand: Processed within 24–48 business hours.
- Accessories: Processed within 24–48 business hours.
- Ready-to-Wear Wigs: Processed within 14–21 business days.
- All Other Hair Orders: Processed within 7–14 business days.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Methods
Domestic Orders
- Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Estimated transit time: 1–3 business days after processing.
- Signature required upon delivery.
International Orders
- Orders are shipped via UPS.
- Estimated transit time: 6–10 business days after processing.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and other fees required by their country.
Please Note: Shipping transit times begin after your order has completed processing.
Signature Required
For security purposes, all domestic orders require a signature upon delivery.
Missed Deliveries
If your package is returned to us because delivery attempts were unsuccessful or no one was available to sign for the package, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. We will contact you once the package has been returned to arrange reshipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Once an order has been placed, shipping addresses cannot be changed.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Allured Crowns Collection is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, Allured Crowns Collection utilizes fraud detection software. Orders identified as high risk or potentially fraudulent may be delayed, canceled, or require additional identity verification before processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
Shipping Delays
Once your order has shipped, Allured Crowns Collection is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or other events beyond our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking confirms that a package has been delivered, Allured Crowns Collection is no longer responsible for the shipment. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
