Shipping Policy

Please ensure that you use the correct mailing address, and that your shipping and billing addresses match the registered card's address. If they don't match, your order will be canceled. Allured Crowns Collection is not responsible for incorrect addresses, and once your order is complete, the address cannot be changed. If a package cannot be delivered due to an invalid address, you will be contacted via email and required to pay a reshipping fee. Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery.

Order Processing & Shipping:
Order processing begins 24 hours after your order is placed. However, if you place an order on a Friday, processing will begin on the next business day, which is Monday. All hair items, such as bundles, closures, frontals, and wigs, are pre-ordered unless they are listed in the “Ready To Ship” section. Items listed as “Ready To Ship” are on hand and will be shipped the same or next day. Shipping within the USA typically takes 1-3 business days, while international shipping takes 6-10 business days. If your order includes hair items not listed as "Ready To Ship," standard processing and shipping times will apply.

For Domestic Shipping, if your order consists of a bundle deal without a closure or frontal, it will be processed within 3-7 business days, followed by a shipping time of 1-3 business days. For all other orders, processing will take 5-8 business days. You will not receive any updates during this time. Weekends and holidays are excluded from both processing and shipping times. After processing, you will receive tracking information via email, and your package will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

For International Shipping, if your order consists of a bundle deal without a closure or frontal, it will be processed within 3-7 business days. Shipping to Canada will take 6-10 business days, while other international destinations will take 3-5 business days. For all other orders, processing will take 5-8 business days. Please note that Allured Crowns Collection is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may be imposed by your country. We recommend contacting your country's customs office for information on any charges related to your package.

Delivery Information:
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you can request USPS or UPS to hold your package at their facility until you can pick it up, or you may reschedule the delivery for the next business day or a more convenient time. Allured Crowns Collection is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local USPS or UPS for assistance.
