How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. See our shipping policy. 

When will tracking update for my order?

Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update once you have received your tracking number via email.

Can I make changes to/cancel my order?

No. Once your payment is completed you cannot make changes or cancel your order.

How long does your hair last?

Our hair can last up to 2 years or more with proper care. Treat hair extensions like your hair.

Do you accept returns or give refunds?

We do not accept returns. Once the payment is completed, the sale is FINAL.
