Address Requirements

• Please use the correct mailing address. Your shipping and billing addresses must match the registered card’s address. If they do not match, your order will be canceled.

• Allured Crowns Collection LLC is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Double check your information and make sure that everything is filled out correctly and completely. Once your order is complete, the address cannot be changed.

• If a package cannot be delivered due to an invalid address, you will be contacted via email and required to pay a reshipping fee.

 

Order Processing & Shipping Policy

Payment Processing:
It typically takes 1-3 business days (holidays and weekends excluded) for your payment to process before we can begin preparing your order.

Order Processing:
Once payment is confirmed, we’ll process your order, which includes preparing the hair for shipment.

Many of our hair items, such as bundles, closures, frontals, and wigs, are custom made unless listed in the “Ready To Ship” section.

Processing Times:

• Ready To Ship: Processed within 24-48 hours (holidays and weekends excluded).
• All Other Orders: Processing takes 5-8 business days (holidays and weekends excluded).

Shipping Times:

• Domestic Shipping: After processing, we ship using priority mail via USPS, which takes 1-3 business days (holidays and weekends excluded).
• International Shipping: After processing, we use UPS, which takes 6-10 business days for delivery (holidays and weekends excluded).

Overall Timeframe:

• Domestic Orders: Please allow at least 7-14 business days for processing and shipping combined.
• International Orders: Please allow at least 12-18 business days for processing and shipping combined, depending on your location.

 

Fraud Protection:
To protect both our customers and our business, Allured Crowns Collection LLC utilizes fraud detection software. If your payment is flagged as high-risk or fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel your order. These measures ensure a safe shopping experience for everyone.

To protect your orders and give you peace of mind, signature is required at delivery and we’ve partnered with Route Package Protection, a premium package protection service that covers your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit.

How to File a Claim

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, filing a claim with Route is simple:

1. Locate your Route confirmation email.
2. Follow the link to file a claim through Route’s app or website.
3. Submit the required details (e.g., order information, photos if damaged).
4. Route will process your claim and provide a resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.

Important Notes

• Adding Route Package Protection is optional but highly recommended.
• If you choose not to purchase Route, Allured Crowns Collection LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.

 

Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final.

Please understand that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order has been processed. We kindly ask that you make your selections carefully, as all purchases are considered final. 

In the event that a dispute is raised after you've received your package, it will be treated seriously, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Cancellation Policy:
Once your order is placed, it immediately begins processing and cannot be canceled. 

ALWAYS WASH YOUR HAIR BEFORE USING

Use a wide tooth comb when combing hair. Begin combing at the bottom and gradually work your way up to the top.

Wash and condition hair every 1-2 weeks to remove product build up. If your hair ever feels dry, use a deep conditioner and leave it on the hair for at least 10-20 minutes or the recommended time on the product to restore moisture in the hair. This will give you the best experience with our hair. 

Washing: Be gentle while washing hair bundles and wigs, paying special attention to the ends. Wash hair with warm water, moisturizing shampoo, and conditioner (add deep conditioner if desired, however, it is definitely recommended for curly hair textures). After shampooing the hair, rinse with lukewarm water. After conditioning the hair, rinse with cool water. Avoid aggressively combing hair while wet. Apply a dime sized amount of moisturizing oil (preferably argan oil) to the wet hair, let hair air dry.

Wavy/Curly Hair: First, separate the hair into 4-6 sections. Next, drench the hair with a water mix. This water mix should include warm water and a moisturizing conditioner/leave-in conditioner. Use a wide tooth comb or paddle brush and begin at the bottom gently combing or brushing the hair and work your way up. After this, use your favorite curl mousse and gently brush the hair. Lastly, you can leave the hair as is to air dry. Do not run your fingers through the hair when it is dry.

At Night: Tie hair up and use a silk/satin scarf or bonnet.
For wavy/curly hair: Split hair into 4-6 sections to comb and spray the hair with water. After this, twist the hair and pin it up out of your way and put your scarf or bonnet on.

 

We recommend avoiding blow-drying or flat ironing textures like loose deep wave, deep wave, water wave, and deep curly, as these styles can alter the natural quality of the hair. If you’re looking for more versatile styling options, we suggest choosing body wave or loose wave textures, which handle heat and styling changes like straightening, curling, or crimping more easily. However, for a sleek straight look, we recommend purchasing straight hair for the best results.

While our hair can be bleached to a #27 shade, we advise caution when altering the color. If you choose to bleach and dye your hair, it’s important to use the right products to maintain moisture and vitality. We do not recommend box dyes, as they can be too harsh, nor do we suggest extremely dark shades like jet black. For a more gentle approach to coloring, we recommend the water color method, which is a less damaging way to achieve your desired color.
